DOF flamingo: mascots travel itinerary
« on: November 05, 2008, 06:19:02 am »
Donny, I have an idea. I say we buy a pink flamingo, take a picture of it in front of your house. Then send it to another DOF member, they take a pic of it in front of their house. Then they send it to another member who takes a pic of it in front of their house. Then they send it to another member and so on. It would be cool to see that flamingo travel over the USA.Kinda of like the brotherhood of the traveling flamingo...I will pitch in....

[Putting the Map & destinations in Dave's post so it is right at the top :D]

I had to break it up into two maps...we're to big for google maps

 I'm game for the flamingo making a trip to Dallas/Ft. Worth!
DoF, it's like family, but with more straight jacket and less restraining order.

Sure, you can't break em out, but it's still a challenge. What I prevented is people being able to just pick em up and walk off.  The rocks weigh over 20+lbs each.

we should coordinate the mailing (aka use the contact sheet) so it's not so much to ship.

LOL, kinda like diesel fuel, I don't have to pay for shipping.  But JO is right, lets try and make this a minimal charge for those that do have to take money out of their pocket...
